Snail & Slug Baits
Both Professional and Home & Garden use baits can be extremely harmful to non-target species through ingestion. Many Meta-metaldehyde and methiocarb based pellets are coloured to discourage birds from feeding on them, and contain Bitrex to avoid accidental consumption by field wildlife. This also helps prevent poisonings with domestic animals, such as dogs. Look out for the Bitrex logo as a sign of added security on our customers products.
Rodenticides & Insecticides
Baits designed to target species such as mice, rats, ants and cockroaches are commonly placed in areas accessible to children and pets. Bitrex allows the product to be effectve for its intended purpose, while helping prevent accidental ingestion by humans and non-target animals.

Regulations
