German Child Safety Day
In 2008, our German agent AETiefenbacher will implement the Child Safety Day in cooperation with the German Green Cross (DGK) for the third time (March 20, 2008).
We again team up with German retailers Kaufland and dm-drogerie markt as official supporters, and Child Safety Day 2008 aims to rise awareness concerning the issues of child safety and protection against poisoning.
A podcast "Child Safety News" is downloadable from the DGK website. It covers information concerning the risks of poisoning in the household, methods to prevent it and includes interviews with experts for child safety.
An new audio book for children has been developed and introduces "Agent Bitrex®" as "Security Detective on Tour". In 2008, we will start with two sequences - kitchen and bathroom. In these two little stories, the children can follow Agent Bitrex® from room to room where they can hear about safety risks and how to behave. It supports the educational approach of the Bitrex® story and the responsible approach of the sponsors.
